This model of bus was first delivered by Dupont Industries and put into operation by the HSR in the summer of 2008. Only two of this coach was ordered. The bus was ordered for its historical significance as a replica of the older buses that HSR used to run. The buses were even ordered with the HSR's original paint scheme of maroon and creme rather than the current colours of white, blue and yellow. This bus was to be used exclusivly for the free 'Route 99 Waterfront Shuttle.'
