This route was a 4 month trial route to determine if transit could be economically provided for the residents of the neighbourhoods between the QEW and Lake Ontario in Stoney Creek. The route only operated weekday service.
The route had very limited success with only 475 passengers during 1989 and another 966 passengers during 1990. That averaged out to only 4 passengers per day. In contrast route '15 Sherman/Ottawa,' which was also discontinued, had an average of 208 passengers per day.
