Hamilton GO Centre
The Hamilton GO Centre is located on Hunter St E bewteen John St S and James St S. in Hamilton. Only one HSR route loops in this terminal, however GO Transit, Coach Canada and Greyhound Canada all use this terminal as well.

Limeridge Terminal
The Limeridge Terminal is located at the Limeridge Mall Shopping Centre at the corner of Upper Wentworth St and Limeridge Rd in Hamilton. A total of four routes and two shuttles loop or pass through this terminal.

The MacNab Terminal is located on MacNab St S between King St W and Main St W in Hamilton. A total of six routes loop or pass through this terminal. There are currently plans in place to expand the MacNab Terminal.
